why my RSiC kiln shelves (loding plates) easily broken

some users usually meet broken cases during firing industrial ceramics, actually broken caused by following reasons:

1) Kiln furniture design is not right, lead to not avearaged loading weight, rsic batts easily crack;

2) rapid heating up or cooling, blasting air, open kiln door under higher 200C, resic slabs also easily broken;

3) working together with low molting refractory materials, lead to corrossion with rsic plates;

4) rsic kiln shelf not totally dry, lead to be cracked;

5) didn't handle sic ceramic batts with care, be knocked ...
